Samsung has unveiled new Odyssey OLED G8 and Odyssey OLED G6 monitors with screens up to 32 inches, up to 360Hz and support for AMD FreeSync Premium Pro

Samsung has announced new Odyssey gaming monitors.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD) and Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SD) models. The Odyssey OLED G8 is Samsung's first flat-panel 32-inch OLED gaming monitor with 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. It has a 240Hz refresh rate and 0/03ms GtG response time.

The Odyssey OLED G6 is a 27-inch monitor with QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. It has a 360Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms GtG response time.

Both models feature Samsung OLED Safeguard+, a new patented burn-in protection technology. This world-first technology prevents monitor burn-in by using a pulsating heat pipe. The new products support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology and come with HDMI 2.1, DP 1.4 and USB 3.0 ports.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Samsung will start selling the Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD) and Odyssey OLED G6 (G60SD) later this year. There are no prices of the new products yet.
