But in this case, Samsung recommends another reboot after a few hours when you notice that your Galaxy smartphone has slowed down and takes a long time to open apps. The company recommends users to reboot their device after installing the update, even if they haven't experienced the issue.
The Google Play system update included not only stability improvements but also new features such as cross-device services for Google Meet video calls and password sharing in Google Password Manager. However, despite the innovations, it has led to unforeseen technical difficulties.
This isn't the first time Galaxy device owners have encountered problems due to Google's updates. Earlier this month, there were reports of glitches in the Samsung Messages app caused by the Google Meet update. And before that, the One UI 6.1 update caused touchscreen issues on the Galaxy S23 series. Many assumed that Samsung's new firmware was the culprit. However, as it turned out, the Google Discover feed was to blame and Google eventually released a fix for the problem.
