Installing the Shadow of the Erdtree add-on for Elden Ring won't require a lot of free space: the game will only take up 16.5GB on PlayStation
Yesterday we told you that the Shadow of the Erdtree add-on will delight Elden Ring fans with a spacious new location of The Land of Shadow, where the developers paid special attention not to the map size, but to its detail and content.
The DLC will take 30-40 hours to complete and it will be the biggest in FromSoftware's history, but it won't affect how much space it will take on SSD.

A dataminer on the PlayStation Game Size publick has discovered some important information about Shadow of the Erdtree in the PSN database. According to his data on PlayStation consoles to install the add-on must have 16.5 GB of free spacef.
The expansion's preload will start on 19 June.

When We Can Expect It
Shadow of the Erdtree will release on 21 June on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam).
