On 8 June, Remedy released Night Springs, the first expansion pack for Alan Wake 2, where we will play as 3 different characters

The first expansion pack for Alan Wake 2 was supposed to be released in spring, but it was postponed. Finally, we were shown it at Summer Game Fest. And not just shown, but also immediately released.

Here's What We Know

Alan Wake 2 Night Springs takes place in Knight Springs, a fictional town full of fascinating and bizarre things, where the familiar becomes strange. In fact, Night Springs is a TV show that was once written by Alan Wake.

In the expansion, players will find three standalone episodes featuring three characters from the world of Alan Wake, with whom Alan tried to find a way out of the Dark Place.

You will play as Rose Marigold, Sheriff Timothy Breaker, and Jesse Faden from Control. However, their versions are slightly different from Knight Springs.

To get the add-on, you need to upgrade to the Deluxe edition of the game. And don't forget that we will get the second expansion later.

And one more piece of good news. Alan Wake 2 has a new photo mode. So fans of virtual photos will definitely have something to do in the game.

Alan Wake 2 Night Springs is available from 8 June on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
