iOS 18 allows you to resize widgets from the iPhone home screen

iOS 18 lets you resize widgets directly from the Home screen. This update includes the ability to resize widgets directly from the iPhone home screen, which was previously only available on iPadOS.

Here's What We Know

After switching the Home screen to "swipe mode", users can see a new marker in the bottom right corner that allows them to resize widgets by dragging them.

You can also long press on a widget to see several different sizes, which can be selected with a single tap. In the same menu, there is an option to turn a widget into an app icon and the ability to instantly turn an app icon into a widget if the app supports home screen widgets.
