Which Mac and iPad models will get macOS Sequoia and iPadOS 18

Apple has revealed which devices will support macOS Sequoia and iPadOS 18, and which will not.

So, the macOS Sequoia update will be released for:

• MacBook Pro 2018 and newer models
• MacBook Air 2020 and newer models
• Mac mini 2018 and newer models
• iMac 2019 and newer models
• iMac Pro 2017 and newer models
• Mac Studio 2022 and newer models
• Mac Pro 2019 and newer models

When it comes to MacBook Air 2018 and MacBook Air 2019, these models will not get the new software version.

As for iPadOS 18, the system will be available for:

• iPad Pro 2018 and newer models
• iPad Air 2019 and newer models
• iPad mini 2019 and newer models
• iPad 2019 and newer models

Unfortunately, iPadOS 18 will not be released for the first-generation 10.5-inch iPad Pro, the second-generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and the sixth-generation budget iPad.
