Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 is updated to the latest security patch for June 2024

The June security update is starting to roll out to more Samsung smartphones and it's now available for the Galaxy Fold 4. But only in the US for now.

Here's What We Know

The US carrier-locked version of the Galaxy Fold 4 has started receiving the June security update with firmware version F936USQS5FXF1. It's currently only available on the Metro PCS network, but should be coming soon to other US carrier networks as well as other countries.

The new patch fixes 59 security vulnerabilities found in the previous version of the software. It does not add new features or performance improvements.

Improvements and new features are expected in the big One UI 6.1.1 update coming in the next couple of months, which will also be available for the Galaxy Fold 4.
