To celebrate the release of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, developers Elden Ring will be releasing a major update to the base game
FromSoftware studio is preparing for the release of the Shadow of the Erdtree story expansion for Elden Ring, which will bring a huge amount of new content to the game.
The Japanese developers decided to further improve the basic version of Elden Ring and release an important update.
An update to the #ELDENRING base game & a day 1 patch for Shadow of the Erdtree will be distributed on 6/20.

The update includes bug fixes, balance adjustments & some new features.
A server maintenance to apply the update will be conducted on 6/20 from 07:00 to 10:00 UTC.

Here's What We Know
Along with the release of the Day 1 patch for Shadow of the Erdtree, an update for Elden Ring will also be released. In it FromSoftware will fix a number of bugs, as well as add some useful innovations.
For example, there will be a special tab for recently picked up items in the inventory, and to make it easier for players to view new trophies, they will be marked in the general list with small exclamation marks.
Five additional hairstyles will appear in Elden Ring, and used summon points will be transferred to the "New Game+" mode.
At the same time, the developers reminded and system requirements of Elden Ring, which are almost unchanged. Together with the add-on the game will require 80 GB of free space for installation.
When We Can Expect It
The Shadow of the Erdtree add-on will be released on 21 June on PC, PlayStation and Xbox Series of both current generations.
