The mobile version of GTA: The Trilogy has been downloaded more than 30 million times: the most popular game was San Andreas
In December 2023, the mobile version of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition was released.
The collection was "famous" for terrible technical performance on PC and consoles, but to the surprise of gamers, the mobile version, which is available only to Netflix subscribers, was many times better and immediately became a hit.

Statistics have shown that remasters of cult crime action games are indeed hugely popular among Android and iOS players.
Portal Mobilegamer.biz collected and systematised data on the number of downloads using the Appmagic service and it turned out that the GTA trilogy was downloaded a total of 30 million times, of which:
- San Andreas - 20.5 million;
- Vice City - 6.5 million;
- GTA 3 - 3.3 million.
Undoubtedly, the release of GTA: The Trilogy has attracted a huge number of new users to the Netflix Games service, which is likely to encourage the company to sign agreements with other developers to release their games in this application.
As a reminder, the popular Hades game also became available on Netflix Games service in March 2024.
