Exynos version of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone gets new security update in select Asian countries

Following the recently updated Snapdragon version of the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone, Samsung has started updating its Exynos 2100 processor-powered version as well.

Here's What We Know

The latest June security update is rolling out to the Galaxy S21 FE in select Asian countries including Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. The update has a build number of G990EXXS9FXF1.

The new firmware for the Galaxy S21 FE brings nothing but security improvements. The June security patch includes fixes for 59 vulnerabilities found in previous versions of the software. 22 of these vulnerabilities only affect Galaxy devices.

You can check for the update by going to "Settings" - "Software Update" and clicking "Download and Install".
