Inside Out 2 outperformed the Dune sequel and became the highest-grossing project of 2024, earning $724 million

Pixar's Inside Out 2 grossed $295 million worldwide during its opening weekend. At the time of writing, 10 days have passed since the premiere, and the cartoon has managed to set a new record.

In 10 days, Inside Out 2 has grossed $355 million in the US and $370 million abroad. Thus, the Pixar cartoon has already earned $724 million, making it the highest-grossing film of 2024.

Before that, the first place was held by the film Dune: Part Two with a box office of $711 million.

Inside Out 2 received a 91% freshness score from critics on Rotten Tomatoes and a 96% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
