Publisher THQ Nordic has revealed the release date for the remake of Disney's action-platformer Epic Mickey, which was released in 2010 exclusively on the Nintendo Wii.

The updated version of Disney Epic Mickey, subtitled Rebrushed, will be released on 24 September on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
In a special trailer, the creator of the original game - the famous game designer Warren Evan Spector, the author of System Shock, Deus Ex and Thief. He expressed his joy at being able to work on his game again with the developers from Purple Lamp and THQ Nordic, and said he was pleased that a new generation of gamers will be able to familiarise themselves with Disney Epic Mickey.
In addition to the release date, THQ Nordic announced a collector's edition of Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, which will include a Mickey Mouse figurine, gift cards, a stealbook, and a keychain.
A set of in-game costumes are being offered for pre-ordering the game.
