Farewell race: Forza Horizon 4 to be removed from all stores and Xbox Game Pass
Playground Games has announced that the popular racing game Forza Horizon 4 will soon become unavailable for purchase.
Here's What We Know
Starting from 15 December, Forza Horizon 4 will be removed from the Microsoft Store, Steam, and Xbox Game Pass subscription, as well as from retailers.
The reason for this decision was the expiration of licence agreements. It is likely to be music.
Gamers who have purchased Forza Horizon 4 will be able to continue enjoying all its features, both online and offline.
DLCs for the game have already been removed from sale since 25 June. They will only be available as part of the Extended and Ultimate Editions.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers who have purchased the DLC will receive a special "token" via the Xbox Message Centre service to ensure that they do not lose access to additional content.
Forza Horizon 4 will no longer receive add-ons, but the last series of online races, Series 77, will take place from 25 July to 22 August, after which such playlists will be unavailable, but players will be able to complete various challenges and tasks.
The developers thank the fans for their attention to Forza Horizon 4.
