The Xiaomi 14T Pro has received NBTC certification in Thailand, and has also caught a glimpse of the Camera FV-5 database
The new Xiaomi 14T Pro that has been rumoured lately should be officially unveiled soon as it has received certification from the NBTC in Thailand, bringing it closer to launch.
Here's What We Know
While the Thai certification body has not revealed any specifications of the Xiaomi 14T Pro, it has issued a model code - 2407FPN8EG. The same model code was spotted in the Camera FV-5 database, which lists the specs of the main and front cameras. The resolution of the main camera is listed as 12.6MP, but this could be due to the pixel merging technology and the actual resolution could be 50MP. The front camera has a resolution of 8.1MP. Other details about the 14T Pro's cameras can be seen below.
According to rumours, the Xiaomi 14T Pro is a version of the yet-to-be-announced Redmi K70 Ultra, which will allegedly feature a Dimensity 9300+ chipset, 1.5K screen with 144Hz refresh rate, 5500mAh battery with 120W charging support.
The 14T Pro will reportedly be IP68 protected and feature three cameras: a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. This is a deterioration compared to its Redmi K70 Pro counterpart, which features a triple camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 16MP front-facing camera.
