Metacritic compiled a list of the 20 best games released in the first half of 2024: Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the leader

The first half of 2024 is already behind us. Time has flown by too quickly, but at the same time, we've seen a lot of interesting games in the first 6 months of this year, but which ones do you think are the best?
Here's What We Know
Metacritic has compiled a list of the 20 best games that have already been released in 2024. The first place goes to the PlayStation 5 exclusive Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. The second place went to the indie hit Animal Well, and another indie hit, Balatro, took the bronze. The fourth place went to the fighting game Tekken 8, and the top five is rounded out by Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
