"Fucking awesome game" is coming: the creator of It Takes Two and A Way Out hints again at the imminent announcement of his new project
Eccentric and charismatic game designer Joseph Fares does not leave his fans without reasons for discussion.
Back in April, the author of It Takes Two and A Way Out hinted that his Hazelight studio would announce "something cool" before the end of the year. Many expected that the new game will be presented at Summer Game Fest, but it didn't happen.
Here's What We Know
On his X page, Yousef Fares posted a picture with famous showman Geoff Keighley, the organiser and host of Summer Game Fest and The Game Awards. They reproduced the famous scene that took place at TGA 2017 when Fares, let's remember, a film director by training, expressed, to put it mildly, his dissatisfaction with the Oscars: "F**k The Oscars".

The X post hints that the developer will still be introducing something new this year.
Since Geoff Keighley is also the host of the Gamescom opening ceremony, it's logical to assume that it's on the stage of the largest European exhibition that Josef Fares will announce his next project, which he called "a fucking awesome game" back in autumn 2022.
Let us remind you that Yusef Fares' games are very popular. So sales of It Takes Two exceeded 16 million copies, and A Way Out - nine million.
