There are fewer and fewer fighters for democracy: Helldivers 2 has lost 90% of its PC audience
Helldivers 2 has become a real success. No one expected that the co-op shooter by Arrowhead would become so popular. For example, Helldivers 2 sold 12 million copies in 12 weeks, which is a better result than God of War Ragnarok. However, it is common for game services to lose their audience over time. The same thing is happening with Helldivers 2.
Here's What We Know
According to SteamDB, back in February, the game's online peak was 458 thousand people. Now, up to 45 thousand people are playing the game at the same time, so at least on PC (PS5 data is unknown), Helldivers 2 has lost 90% of its audience.
The problems began when Sony announced the mandatory PSN binding on PC, which caused a storm of negativity, and the game was withdrawn from sale in 177 countries where there is no PSN.
Online games will at least for a while be able to benefit from new large-scale updates and discounts, but despite this, Helldivers 2 was able to give the industry a story about how a game that was unknown to most people got its rays of glory for a certain period of time.
Where To Play
Helldivers 2 is available on PC and PlayStation 5.

- The gg editorial team was satisfied with the game and gave it a 4.4/5 rating. This is an attraction that you want to return to again and again. Sometimes it's crazy, sometimes it makes you laugh, sometimes it's tense because of the number of enemies on the screen, but it's the range of emotions that we love games for.
