Flashback

The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a fourth-generation multi-role fighter jet developed by US company General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin). The aircraft first took to the air in 1974 and has since become one of the most common and successful fighters in the world. The F-16 is highly manoeuvrable. It can reach speeds of over 2,000 km/h and perform a wide range of combat missions, including aerial combat, ground strikes and reconnaissance. The aircraft is equipped with modern radars, fire control systems and can carry a variety of weapons: air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles, bombs and guided bombs. The F-16 is in service with more than 25 countries.
