Red Magic Gaming Laptop 16 Pro: 240Hz screen and Intel Core i9 chip priced from $1512

Apart from the Red Magic Realm monitor, nubia has also revealed the Red Magic Gaming Laptop 16 Pro.

Technical Characteristics

The novelty received a body made of aircraft aluminium alloy 6-series. The lid of the device has a minimalistic design with a branded RGB logo. The laptop features a customisable RGB-lit keyboard, which also has a dedicated number pad. The power button acts as a fingerprint scanner. There are many ports on the back of the device including power input, USB-C, USB-A, HDMI and Ethernet. There are also USB 3.2 Gen1 and Gen2 ports on either side. The laptop is only 13mm thick and weighs 2.4kg.

As for the display, the Red Magic Gaming Laptop 16 Pro features a large 16-inch panel with thin bezels. It has a 2.5K resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness and 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut. The novelty features Harman Kardon speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a 1080p webcam with a protective shutter.

Under the bonnet of the Red Magic Gaming Laptop 16 Pro is a 14th generation Intel Core i9 processor. There's a choice of options with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 and 4070 GPUs, as well as support for ray tracing. RAM is up to 32GB LPDDR5x and SSD storage is up to 1TB. The notebook is equipped with a heat dissipation system. The novelty is powered by an 80Wh battery with 100W fast charging support.

The Red Magic Gaming Laptop 16 Pro is already available to order in China with prices ranging from $1512 to $1828.
