Necromorphs expand their habitat: Battlefield 2042 shooter will have a crossover with Dead Space

Electronic Arts has announced an unexpected event that will take place in the Battlefield 2042 online shooter and will surprise with its theme.

Here's What We Know

From 9 to 16 July in Battlefield 2042 will be held crossover with the famous space horror Dead Space.

The developers haven't revealed neither the title nor the content of the event, but judging by the short teaser in the game will appear Isaac Clarke's suit, themed skins for weapons and possibly Outbreak mode, which in its concept resembles Extraction-shooter.

Electronic Arts will probably reveal more details closer to the crossover launch. Often, during such events Battlefield 2042 has a free weekend, we can assume that will be the case this time too.

Battlefield 2042 is available on PC and PlayStation and Xbox consoles of both current generations.
