The new HyperOS 2.0 system is coming soon to Xiaomi's 14 series of smartphones

Xiaomi is gearing up to release the HyperOS 2.0 update for its devices and the Xiaomi 14 series will be the first to get it.

Here's What We Know

The leaked screenshot shows the Xiaomi 14 with HyperOS 2.0.240703 software version. This means that the new system should be coming soon.

According to the leak, internal testing of HyperOS 2.0 will start as early as August, while the global release is scheduled for late December or early next year. Apart from the Xiaomi 14 series, the Redmi K80 and Poco F6 devices will also get the update.

Xiaomi has not yet revealed any specific improvements that they are working on. The update is expected to bring further improvements to system animations and include some artificial intelligence features.

The upcoming Xiaomi 15 series, which is expected to launch around the end of October, will ship with HyperOS 2.0 out of the box.
