Rumour: iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will get 40W wired charging support and 20W MagSafe charging support

Apple plans to increase the charging speed of new iPhones.

Here's What We Know

The information was shared by a Chinese insider. According to the leak, Apple will increase the charging speed of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. Wired will get a power of 40 watts, and wireless MagSafe - 20 watts. For comparison, acutal models support charging at 27W and 15W respectively.

It is also known that iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will come with A18 Pro processors, larger displays and batteries. New products should get slightly updated cameras.

When We Can Expect It

The new iPhones will be released in autumn, as usual.
