Redmi G Pro gaming laptop with Core i7-14650HX processor and RTX 4060 graphics card has started selling in China

Redmi has launched a version of the Redmi G Pro 2024 gaming laptop with a Core i7-14650HX processor, improving the price-to-performance ratio over the previous model equipped with i9-14900HX and RTX 4060.

Here's What We Know

The new model, like the previous one with i9-14900HX and RTX 4060, offers 210W of total performance and also features RGB keyboard and back panel backlighting.

The Core i7-14650HX processor has 16 cores and 24 threads with 130 watts of performance, while the RTX 4060 graphics deliver 140 watts of performance. The laptop also features 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. There might be other memory configurations as well.

The 16-inch display offers 2.5K resolution, 500 nits of brightness and 100% coverage of the sRGB colour space. The screen also supports 240Hz refresh rate, G-SYNC technology and has a response time of 3ms.

The laptop features Thunderbolt 4 connector, three USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, USB-A 2.0, MiniDP 1.4, HDMI 2.1, RJ45 network port, 3.5mm audio jack and SD card slot.

The new Redmi G Pro 2024 with Core i7-14650HX goes on sale from 12 July in China, priced at around $1006 for the 16GB + 1TB version.
