Insider: Xiaomi Pad 7 will get an OLED display and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor

In April last year, Xiaomi launched the Pad 6 tablet with Snapdragon 870 chipset. However, according to recent leaks, the upcoming Xiaomi Pad 7 will be much more powerful and will get the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

Here's What We Know

According to a Weibo insider, the Xiaomi Pad 7 will be available in two versions, the Xiaomi Pad 7 and the Pad 7 Pro. Both devices have already been certified in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) under model numbers 24091RPADG and 2410CRP4CG.

The tablets will feature large OLED displays and a metal body, and will be optimised for use in a car. The design of the devices will retain the classic features of previous models, including the square camera module. The Pad 7 series is expected to run on HyperOS, providing seamless connectivity with other HyperOS-based devices.

The tablet is expected to be unveiled alongside the Xiaomi 15 in September or October.
