OnePlus has officially unveiled the OnePlus Nord 4 smartphone: all-metal body, Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 and 5500 mAh battery

OnePlus unveiled its new mid-range Nord 4 smartphone at the Summer Lunch Event in Milan.

Here's What We Know

The device features a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and an ultra-thin 7.99mm thick metal body. The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor and is available with 8GB, 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM options, while the inbuilt storage ranges from 128GB UFS 3.1 to 512GB UFS 4.0.

The OnePlus Nord 4 has a 5,500mAh battery with 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging support, which can charge the device from 1 per cent to 100 per cent in just 28 minutes. The smartphone also features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 main camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with a 112-degree field of view. A 16-megapixel camera is provided for selfies.

Among the new AI-based features, AI Speak, AI Summary and AI Writer stand out to enhance everyday tasks. OnePlus promises 4 major Android updates and 6 years of security updates for the Nord 4, which is a record for the series.

The smartphone will be available in three colours - Mercurial Silver, Oasis Green and Obsidian Midnight and will be priced from 499 euros. Pre-orders have already started and sales will start on 8 August.
