Xiaomi SU7 EV has received HyperOS 1.2.3 update with new and improved features

Xiaomi has released the HyperOS 1.2.3 update for the Xiaomi SU7 electric car, adding a host of new features. These include an optimised high brake disc temperature reminder and traffic light reminder.

Here's What We Know

The update improves the comfort, efficiency and safety of navigation assistance. A new traffic light reminder feature supports green light reminders when at a traffic light or following a vehicle in a straight lane with markings. Also added are chassis and parking light modes, colour customisation and a charging light sync feature. There's also a new feature that allows the driver to search for songs, with a list of recommendations generated by a large model.

Last month, Xiaomi Motors gained independent manufacturing qualifications and stopped borrowing from BAIC. The labelling on the SU7's tail has also been changed from Beijing Xiaomi to Xiaomi. The SU7 continues to attract new fans of the Xiaomi brand and deliveries in June exceeded 10,000 units. July 2024 shipments are also expected to exceed 10,000 units.
