Xiaomi MIX Flip will get a 4.01" external display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and a 4,780 mAh battery

Ahead of Xiaomi's presentation on 19 July, detailed specifications of the MIX Flip clamshell have surfaced online.

The main feature of the device will be an external display with a diagonal of 4.01". The panel will have a resolution of 1.5K, brightness up to 1600 nits and tempered glass Dragon Crystal Glass. Above the outer screen will be placed an additional speaker and microphone. Thanks to this, users will be able to make calls without opening the device.

The smartphone will run under the flagship processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. In addition, the gadget will be equipped with LPDDR5x RAM up to 16 GB, UFS 4.0 storage up to 1 TB, a 4780 mAh battery with 67W fast charging, as well as a 50 MP + 60 MP main camera. The novelty will come to the market in three colours: black, white and magenta.
