An unexpected gift from Valve: the cult online shooter Team Fortress 2 has received a major summer update with ten new maps

Every update of the Team Fortress 2 online shooter is perceived by fans of the cult game as a real holiday, and today is such a day.

Valve has released a major summer update for Team Fortress 2. Players received ten new maps - Embargo, Odyssey, Megaton, Cachoeira, Overgrown, Hadal, Applejack, Atom Smash, Canaveral and Burghausen. As well as 23 cosmetic items, 4 new taunts and 38 new Uncommon effects for accessories and taunts.

The event will run until the 15th of September.

The release of the update has had a positive impact on Team Fortress 2's attendance, with the shooter's online peak rising to 107,000 people in the last 24 hours.
