Google expands the list of countries where it plans to sell the Pixel 9 Pro Fold
Google revealed the Pixel 9 Pro smartphone in a teaser video yesterday, 18 July, and a little later showed off the foldable Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Now it has been reported that the latter will be officially sold in more countries.
Here's What We Know
Unlike the original Pixel Fold, which was only available in four countries (US, UK, Germany and Japan), the Pixel 9 Pro Fold is planned to be launched in ten countries already. These are the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan.
The new model will reportedly be 2mm thinner, with narrower bezels and a less noticeable fold. Three of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold's five cameras will have smaller sensors compared to the previous model, and the device's internal selfie camera has been moved to the corner of the screen. The Pixel 9 Pro Fold will feature a 4,560 mAh battery in two packs.
The Pixel 9 series, which includes the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel 9 Pro Fold, will make its official debut at the Made by Google event on 13 August.
