Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 successfully passes tough durability tests (Video)

Samsung's Galaxy Flip 6 smartphone has shown its resilience in a series of extreme durability tests in a video on Youtube channel JerryRigEverything.

Here's What We Know

During the tests, the device was subjected to scratch, burn and bend resistance. The internal foldable screen received visible scratches at level 2, and deeper grooves at level 3. The outer display, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, performed the best, with scratches at level 6 and 7.

The fire resistance test showed that the screen could withstand fire for 14 seconds, retaining its functionality. The Galaxy Flip 6 also performed decently in the bend test, with no damage when trying to break it in half.

The device also passed the dust resistance test despite the extreme conditions where it was covered in sand. Overall, the Galaxy Flip 6 has proven to be durable and reliable for everyday use, far surpassing previous foldable phone models.
