The open beta testing of the popular online shooter Valorant has started on Xbox Series and PlayStation 5
Riot Games studio announced that Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 console users no longer need to receive invitation codes to take part in testing the console versions of the Valorant online shooter.
Here's What We Know
The developers have opened access to the game for everyone, free of charge and with all content available in the PC version.
On consoles, the game supports the crossplay option, but PS5 and Xbox Series users will not meet MS gamers in Valorant matches.
Players will be offered the same content, but Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will receive the subsequent DLC for free and can unlock all characters at once.
A full release date for Valorant on consoles is not yet known.
