What's new in Android 15
Google has removed PNG-based emoji font files, leaving only vector files. Android 15 introduces predictive animation, low-light enhancement, a variable font file for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, partial screen recording, and the ability for apps to know when they are being recorded.
Samsung will add new features including smoother animations, new icons for standard apps and a redesigned camera app. Improved continuity features for transferring calls between Samsung devices are also expected.
