Oppo has unveiled a new budget smartphone in China, the Oppo A3 Energy Edition, which stands out for its durability and large battery.

The Oppo A3 Energy Edition features a 6.7-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 6300 chipset with 8 cores based on 6nm architecture is responsible for the performance. The main camera has a resolution of 50 MP and the secondary camera is 2 MP. The front camera is 8 MP.
The main feature of the smartphone is a 5100 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The device runs ColorOS based on Android 14 and is equipped with some artificial intelligence features. The Oppo A3 Energy Edition is also IP54 dust and water resistant and comes with a protective case against drops. The device has a sleek design with a slim 7.68mm thick body and weighs 186g.
The Oppo A3 Energy Edition comes in three colours - Purple Crescent, Bamboo Forest Green and Fog Sea Black. The price of the smartphone starts at 1,799 yuan (about $248) for the version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage.
