Elden Ring developers have released a new patch: now reviving the Skakun will be faster

FromSoftware continues to improve the super-popular action-RPG Elden Ring and has released another update.

Here's What We Know

Japanese developers did not limit themselves to fixing a number of bugs and made significant adjustments to the balance of abilities, weapons, characteristics and PvP-battles. For example, members of the Claws of Night covenant will deal additional damage with throwing weapons.

FromSoftware has also fixed a flaw that players have been complaining about since the release of Elden Ring. As a reminder, in the event of a Skakun's death, the player needs to use a special Whistle to revive him, however, a certain resource is required to do so, so when the corresponding key was pressed, an interface element appeared that asked the player if he really wanted to spend the life-giving berry. Since previously the default answer was highlighted in the negative, the player had to take time to move the cursor to the "yes" button, which often resulted in the death of the hero. Now, with the release of patch v1.13, the positive answer option is highlighted automatically. The player only needs to confirm the action and the horse will be revived.

Patch v1.13 was released on all platforms, with a full list of its changes can be found on the Bandai Namco website.
