AGM-88 HARM, JDAM, AIM-120 AMRAAM and AIM-9 Sidewinder: Ukrainian F-16s will receive modern weapons

The Wall Street Journal has found out information about the armament of Ukrainian F-16 fighter jets, which will soon be available to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

American companies will supply missiles and bombs for Ukrainian fighters.

According to WSJ sources, Ukraine will receive for the aircraft modern versions of AGM-88 HARM anti-radar missiles, bombs with extended-range JDAM kits, AIM-120 AMRAAM medium-range air-to-air missiles and AIM-9 Sidewinder short-range air-to-air missiles.

For security reasons, WSJ sources did not disclose the timing of the arms deliveries, nor their quantity.

Incidentally, Ukraine is due to receive its first F-16 fighter jets this summer.
