Samsung starts testing Galaxy M55S with One UI 6.1

Samsung has started testing the Galaxy M55S, the successor to the Galaxy M55 5G. The smartphone with the model number SM-M558B has passed four tests with One UI 6.1 based on Android 14.

Here's What We Know

The Galaxy M55S will have similar specs to its predecessor, the Galaxy M55 5G, including a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The Galaxy M55S scored 1003 points in single-core Geekbench tests and 2309 in multi-core tests, indicating its performance.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED+ display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits peak brightness. Additionally, it will have IP67 certification for protection against water and dust.

The launch date and price have not yet been announced.
