Xiaomi has revealed a new budget smartphone under the POCO brand.

Here's What We Know

The model has been named POCO M6 Plus 5G. The gadget received a 6.79-inch display with IPS-matrix, FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 550 nits brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone runs a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE processor with a maximum core clock speed of 2.3 GHz. The novelty has 6/8 GB of RAM (LPDDR4X) and 128 GB of storage (UFS 2.2). If desired, the inbuilt memory can be expanded up to 1 TB.

POCO M6 Plus 5G comes with IP53 protection and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The novelty has a dual 108 MP main camera (Samsung ISOCELL HM6) + 2 MP and a 13 MP front camera. The gadget is powered by a 5030 mAh battery with 33W charging. Out of the box, the device runs Android 14 operating system with HyperOS.

Price & When We Can Expect It

POCO M6 Plus 5G sales will start in India on the 5th of August. The gadget will be priced from $160.
