The new version of the Quick Share app (13.6.51.13) is already available for download on the Galaxy Store, but for now for a limited number of users. All users of the app are expected to receive the update in the coming days.
Quick Share is Samsung's wireless file sharing system that works via Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct. Earlier this year, Google merged Nearby Share with Quick Share to bring uniformity across the Android and ChromeOS ecosystems. Now Nearby Share on all Android devices and tablets has been renamed Quick Share and the feature has also been updated for Windows.
