Sega has trademarked Yakuza Wars: Like a Dragon series fans are trying to figure out what the studio's new Ryu Ga Gotoku game might be like
Ryu Ga Gotoku studio recently announced that New game from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio will 'surprise fans': it looks like the Japanese developers will return to the Like a Dragon (Yakuza) franchise the Like a Dragon series, which was previously called Yakuza.
No announcements have been made yet, but it became known the possible title of the next project of Japanese developers.
Here's What We Know
It turned out that on the 26th of July Sega publishing house, which finances the development and release of Ryu Ga Gotoku games, applied for registration of a new trademark Yakuza Wars in Japan.
What this project is is unknown, but based on such a name we can assume that it is:
- A mobile game, possibly free-to-play;
- a tactical or strategy game;
- a musou game, pioneered by the Dynasty Warriors series;
- a multiplayer game.
