Motorola Edge 50 Ultra camera beats iPhone 15 according to DxOMark

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, released in April, passed the camera test in the DxOMark lab and received high marks.

The smartphone has three cameras: a 50MP main camera, a 50MP wide-angle camera, and a 64MP zoom camera. In DxOMark tests, the Edge 50 Ultra's camera scored 146, putting it on par with the iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro and slightly above the iPhone 15.

The Edge 50 Ultra camera is particularly good at taking photos in a variety of lighting conditions, delivering sharp and detailed images. It also focuses quickly and produces quality bokeh effects. However, despite the high marks, the camera does have its flaws. Sometimes the pictures are too bright or dark, and the zoom and wide-angle camera don't always show perfect clarity and detail.

Overall, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra performs well, but it doesn't reach the level of models like the Google Pixel 7 Pro or Honor Magic4 Ultimate. Nevertheless, this is a significant achievement for Motorola, confirming the high quality of their cameras.
