iPhone 16 camera module resembles iPhone X: new video reveals design details
A new video shows off dummy iPhone 16 units, revealing the colour palette and design changes of the upcoming flagship. The models may offer bright colours and a matte finish, as well as a vertical dual camera setup and a new Action button.
Here's What We Know
It is expected that the design will remain similar to the iPhone 15 with a possible increase in screen size and the Apple A18 chip. The actual devices should be presented in mid-September.
The available colours include royal blue, blue green, and rose pink, as well as classic black and white.
The main design changes include a vertically positioned dual camera and a new Action button instead of a silent switch. The camera module resembles the iPhone X configuration, but with larger lens cutouts. All models can get a frosted glass back, which adds a premium feel.
The dimensions and port cutouts remain similar to the iPhone 15, but the new design may include smaller screen bezels and Apple's A18 chip. Although these are mock devices, rumour has it that the real models will not differ significantly from what we have seen.
The iPhone 16 is scheduled to launch in mid-September.
