In Dragon Age: The Veilguard, players will visit the largest and most impressive city in the series' history!

The developers of Dragon Age: The Veilguard continue to share details about the new part of the cult RPG series.

Bioware studio has already made a lot of interesting statements, and here is one more: in The Veilguard players will be able to visit the largest city in the history of the series.

Here's What We Know

In an interview with EDGE, art director Matthew Rhodes explained that one of the main locations of the new game will be a large city Minrathous, which was repeatedly mentioned in the previous parts of the franchise, but never directly represented in the game.

The developer reminded that in Dragon Age: Inquisition one of the protagonist's companions Dorian, when visiting the metropolis Orlais, mentions that it is a majestic and ancient city, but even it is not as impressive as Minrathous.

According to Matthew Rhodes, it was this phrase of the character that prompted the Bioware team to create a huge, unique and crowded city, in which players can expect a lot of interesting events and stories.

When We Can Expect It

BioWare has promised that the release date and details of the promising RPG will be announced at the end of summer, probably at gamescom 2024.

So far, it's stated that the game will be released before the end of 2024 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
