New body colours, larger size and Exynos 2400e processor: important details of the upcoming Galaxy S24 FE smartphone are revealed
Samsung is preparing for the release of its new Galaxy S24 FE smartphone and the closer we get to the announcement of the novelty, the more new information appears. Our colleagues from Android Headlines have revealed some details about the upcoming smartphone.
Here's What We Know
The smartphone will be available in five colours: blue, green, black, graphite and yellow. The design of the model will be similar to its predecessor Galaxy S23 FE and will also bear similarities to the current Galaxy S24 flagship. The device will get an aluminium frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protective glass.
The cameras of the Galaxy S24 FE will reportedly be similar to those found in the Galaxy Fold 6: a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. On the front, there will be a 10-megapixel front camera. Galaxy's proprietary Galaxy AI will be used to enhance the quality of the pictures.
The Galaxy S24 FE will get a 6.7-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate and brightness up to 1900 nits. The 4,565 mAh battery should provide up to 29 hours of video playback and up to 78 hours of music. The smartphone will be powered by the Exynos 2400e processor, which will improve the power efficiency of the smartphone compared to the previous Exynos 2200 chip.
The Galaxy S24 FE is expected to ship with One UI 6.1.1, which confirms the presence of some AI features in the smartphone such as Portrait Studio, which are only available in the One UI 6.1.1 shell.
