Intel is actively working on its 15th generation Lunar Lake and Arrow Lake processors. Lunar Lake is focused on energy efficiency to compete with Qualcomm's Snapdragon X series chips and will be used in lightweight laptops, while Arrow Lake is optimised for performance and is designed for PCs.

Here's What We Know

Arrow Lake will have 100W lower power consumption at high frequency compared to previous generations of i9 14900KS. The use of Intel's 20A (2nm) technology and TSMC's 3nm process will provide a new level of performance.

Although the official launch date has not yet been announced, analysts predict a launch in the second half of 2024. It is likely that the first batch of K-series processors, possibly featuring the high-end Core Ultra 9 285K, will be available in October.

More Arrow Lake products are expected at CES in early 2025.
