The developers of detective game Shadows of Doubt have named the game's early access release date and announced a major update

ColePowered Games studio named the release date of detective sandbox Shadows of Doubt from Early Access and announced some important news.

The full version of Shadows of Doubt will be released on the 26th of September and will be available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

What content will appear in version 1.0 has not yet been revealed, but the developers have mentioned that there will be a major update for the game that will "make any private investigator wince with interest and enjoyment."

Shadows of Doubt will increase in price from $20 to $25 from 23 August, but those who already have the game purchased may not worry.

As a reminder, Shadows of Doubt is a noir detective game with minimalistic graphics but plenty of gameplay options. The player will find himself in a gloomy city, where the inhabitants care only about their own well-being and profit, and will investigate crimes, search for and correlate evidence, communicate with suspects and even penetrate into their personal space.

The game was released in early access in 2023 and has received "very positive" reviews.
