Simple, powerful and effective weapon: Capcom revealed the advantages of the Hammer in Monster Hunter Wilds

Capcom is actively introducing gamers to the arsenal available in the fantasy action game Monster Hunter Wilds.
Here's What We Know
Japanese developers introduced the Hammer - such a simple name fully reflects its meaning. It is a two-handed crushing weapon, attacks which require a certain time to swing, but it does not greatly restrict the hero's movements and does not deprive him of mobility.
If you strike a monster's head with the Hammer several times, it can be stunned and fall to the ground to continue the attack.
Previously, the developers introduced:
- Great Sword;
- Heavy Bowgun;
- Capcom revealed the features of Insect Glaive, a fast two-handed weapon from Monster Hunter Wilds;
- the interesting Gunlance;
- the dangerous Hunting Horn;
- Long Sword;
- Charge Blade.
When We Can Expect It
Monster Hunter Wilds is expected to release in 2025 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
It has already been stated that Capcom will attend gamescom 2024 and reveal details about the game.
