Huawei, following the Mate 60 series, has also started updating the Mate X5 foldable smartphone.

What's known

The firmware has received the HarmonyOS 4.2.0.132 build number. OTA is already rolling out to the smartphone in China. You can check for the update in the device settings.

With the new version of the software, Huawei developers have optimized photo effects, colour reproduction of photos, as well as the operation of the camera as a whole.

In addition, the system fixed minor bugs and installed the July security patch.
