Reincarnation of the cult game: VR-version of the famous arcade race Flatout announced

During the VR Games Showcase broadcast, Flat2VR Studios made an interesting announcement that will delight fans of the old racing game Flatout.

The developers announced that they will release a VR-version of Flatout.

Judging by the presented trailer, users of Steam VR, Meta Quest and PS VR2 will see almost complete transfer of all the mechanics and features of Flatout, but now gamers will be able to feel themselves directly in the cockpit of the car, rushing at high speed on off-road and pre-made tracks.

Let's remind, Flatout was released in 2004 and featured not only driving (in all senses) gameplay, but also impressive physical model, thanks to which cars and scenery were realistically destroyed, deformed and all this affected the work of the car.

The release date and details of the VR version of Flatout are still unknown.
