The popular online shooter Hunt: Showdown is having a free weekend on Steam. In honour of the release of the biggest update, the game is available with discounts on all platforms
Yesterday Crytek released the biggest update for the popular online shooter Hunt: Showdown, after which the game was subtitled "1896" and is no longer supported on last generation consoles.
Here's What We Know
In order for everyone to get acquainted with the updated version of Hunt: Showdown, the developers launched a weekend promotion in Steam, in which the shooter became temporarily free until the 19th of August.
In addition, the mystical shooter is discounted on Steam and other retail sites.
Flashback
With the release of the update, thanks to the transition to a more modern version of the CryEngine engine, in Hunt: Showdown 1896 there are new features and high-resolution textures, improved performance, quality of graphics and lighting. Crytek studio also took care of the improvement of the soundtrack.
New map Mammon's Gulch was added to the game, which for the first time will take players not to the swamps of Louisiana, but to the mountains of Colorado. Until the 7th of October in Hunt: Showdown 1896 there is a large-scale event Scorched Earth.
