Portronics launches Beem 450 budget projector: 1080p and 150-inch screen for $160

Portronics has introduced the new Beem 450, a new budget Android projector that expands their projector line-up in India. Equipped with a 150-inch screen and a price tag of Rs 13,449 (USD 160), this model is the direct successor to the Beem 430 launched earlier this year.

Here's What We Know

The Beem 450 delivers 1080p (Full HD) resolution and has a 4000 lumen lens, allowing it to be used even in bright rooms. The projector can project images ranging in size from 40 to 150 inches depending on the distance.

The model supports an effective projection range of 1.2 to 4 metres. The Beem 450 offers vivid colours and sharp images for a comfortable viewing experience of movies and shows. The built-in 5W speaker provides good sound without the need for additional speakers.

The projector runs on Android 11, supports popular streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube, and has Chromecast and screen mirroring features. It comes with a remote control and connectivity options including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, two USB ports and an AV port.
